Delivery:

Each tutu and set of wings is custom made. Once your order is submitted
it will be hand made and shipped within 1 week. Custom orders may take
up to 2-3 weeks. It will then take 2-7 business days for you to receive your
order. Your order will be shipped by US Priority Mail. Please contact us if
you're in a rush!  We will do our best to get your items to you in time.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are gladly accepted within 15 days of original purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • We are unable to accept returns on custom items, but these
    items may possibly be exchanged or adjusted as needed.
  • All of our items are handcrafted and of delicate nature, if your
    item arrives with a defect please contact us immediately. Normal
    wear and tear with use can not be covered in our return policy.
  • We will refund the cost of the item being returned or ship your
    exchange within 5-7 business days.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • Any items that do not meet our return policy requirements will not
    be credited.

Handmade Wings:

  • All of our wings are made by hand specifically for your order.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our items they may differ slightly
    from one another and may contain small imperfections.
  • No two sets are exactly alike.
  • Some materials may not be available at the time of your order
    and will be substituted with the best match.
  • If you find that the item is not to your satisfaction, please refer to
    our above return policy, and notify us immediately.
